When I closed on my house, Norberto met me in the driveway. He assured me the opening could be widened and a new door could be installed.. Not only did my door match the other side, my bass boat has room to spare. When I needed my house garage door to open and get more head room, Norberto installed a larger radius upper track. We had our garage door jam in the open position on a late Saturday evening and we ended up surfing to find someone to come help us out. We had to find someone soon as the open door froze our heater condensation pipe thus cutting off our heat with the outside temperature being 18. Norberto of Innovation Garage and Security returned our call and came on a Sunday afternoon! He did a superior job and went way beyond the call of duty. Like one of our neighbors said about him, he made the door better than it was when it was working! Super nice guy with an awesome work ethic and very reasonable prices.

Norberto and his assistant Gilberto were timely and very professional. They took time explaining to me what was wrong and the best option to move forward. They patiently waited until my husband came home and explained everything to him. We are completely satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The guys that came to fit the broken springs were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. To say that we are very pleased is an understatement. He was also able to replace our garage door the next day while other companies told us it would take two weeks form them to get the door in stock. Norberto worked from scratch in many areas literally haven to add new lumber to one side or the other so that this very old garage could support a modern day auto motorized chain driven garage door which came with vehicle remote and inside emergency opener and an external security key pad which operates by a personalized security code established by the owner. The windows in this model was also recommended to me by Norberto and I am very thankful for his recommendation as they add a very nice and classy touch to my entire garage and the interior lighting is also greatly enhanced by these windows, So in closing this review... I cant say enough positive things about Norberto and his company and if you are looking for any product related to Garage Doors or Security you must contact Norberto and give him your business or for sure give him a chance to meet with you and provide you a quote on your job. Finally; The Must Have Four P's with this vendor are all 5 Star in my book: Total professionalism, proficient, punctual and polite. The only complaint I have is that I can't give Norberto and his company 10 stars. Super friendly, very fast turnaround, fair price, and most importantly, high quality work. He had a garage door replaced within hours. He didn't try to convince me that I needed a new motor as well and I appreciated his honesty. I'd recommend Innovation Garage Doors to anyone.
